We have added a completely new chat system!

You can now easily have a private chat with someone. For this you can click on "Private chat" next to someone's HivMix name. If you have "friends", the will appear in the list of "Who's online" and will be indicated if they are online. Just click on their name to start chatting.

To join a group chat with several people, click on "Chat" in the menu or the small icon in the bottom bar. Then click "Lobby" or any other chatroom someone made. 

The "Online" in the menu now shows all people on the site. You don't see yourself but others do see you.

There might be some inital bugs so we will continue working on it. Your feedback is of course most welcome!

We have deleted the messages of 3 profiles who were clearly showing abuse of other HivMixs requesting to send money. If you have issues like this with others, do inform us as quickly as possible.

For World Aids Day 2009 on December 1, HivMix will be getting lots of attention and support from two organisations:

• Swim For Life has added us to the list of projects for which the swimmers will raise funds, check their website www.swimforlife.be
• Los Ninos organises a party in collaboration with BioPlanet and RainbowHouse and benefits go to ... us, check their website www.losninos.be, www.bioplanet.be, www.rainbowhouse.be

We have done quite some updates to the site and will continue working mainly on translations and some minor bugs
